Your baby’s first months are full of wonder and change. BabySpace offers a nurturing, expert-led group experience where new mothers and infants can grow, connect, and learn side by side. From practical care to developmental guidance, BabySpace groups are designed to help you feel confident, connected, and supported in your parenting journey.
Fall 2025 Infant Group is open to babies born
September, October, and November 2025.
Sessions begin early December.

Anticipatory guidance & expert support each week
Each session is guided by a Licensed Facilitator who specializes in Infant–Parent Mental Health and Perinatal Mental Health, providing a nurturing, evidence-based experience for every family.
